Shining your car is one of the most important things if we are people who care a lot about the hygiene and care of our vehicle. A car that shines certainly makes a difference, this being something that most people will agree on.

A car that shines is a car whose paint has its own shine, whether we put it in the sun or not. This makes the car look more expensive, look new and therefore look much more beautiful and attractive in our eyes and in the eyes of others.

A car that has been well cared for usually shines, however, on some occasions this does not happen, since polishing a car is not so easy on many occasions.

1. Cleaning your vehicle: You will like the first step to make your car shine, since it is a step that requires little effort and hardly any money. It is about washing the car, something that will get many years off your mind to your vehicle almost automatically. The way you wash it will make the difference between a shiny car and a dirty and smelly car. We have all done washing the car at some point, but if you want the car to shine in a special way, you will have to wash it from time to time, since that way you will increase the brightness much more and you will make the car look new if you do it often enough. I repeat that a good wash makes a lot of difference and does not cost money, so do not hesitate to do it. There are three keys to achieving a great car wash and making it look great.
   1. Cleaning the car in the car wash: Without a doubt, we are going to trust the machines first, since the car wash is one of the best inventions that exists. This tunnel will be used to wash the car in the correct way, thus eliminating the dust and dirt that surrounds your car and, of course, making the car shine for this reason.  Without a doubt, we recommend that you go to the car wash at least once a month, going more times if you have walked through the mountains or places where much more dust is raised than usual. Cleaning the car in the car wash is cheap and many times everything is done automatically.
   2. Get rid of stuck bugs: Insects always get stuck in the car when we are driving, especially in the summer. It is very common to see the car full of dead insects on the bumper and in other places, which make the car look dirty and dull. The feces of these animals are also a problem, which can also damage the paint since they are made of uric acid, a material that is very corrosive and that could damage your car in the blink of an eye. For this reason, we must finish and clean with the bugs attached and with the feces that they leave. The car wash is often not enough, so we are going to have to take a rag and do it ourselves, since in this way we will achieve that there is absolutely no dirt left and thus we can enjoy a cleaner vehicle with less dirt. without a doubt.
   3. Also wash inside: A very frequent mistake in washing vehicles is washing only the outside, completely forgetting to do it inside. This is a tremendous mistake, because if we wash the car only on the outside, we will see that the inside will not shine and the great work we have achieved cleaning and waxing our car will dull. For this reason, we must wash our car inside in order to ensure that it is cleaned in the correct way and also shines inside. In addition, we are going to notice it, since since we are inside the car, we are going to feel much more comfortable driving and, therefore, much more satisfied and happy with this.

This wax makes the car shine and we just have to apply the wax directly on the bodywork, letting it dry and stick to it. As a general rule, wax is more for old cars than new, since new ones tend to shine just by going to the car wash, although of course there are some exceptions in both cases.
3. Repair scratches: Even if we have the car clean and waxed, we are going to have the usual problem of scratches in the paint. A scratch is a mark on the paint, a scratch that makes the car not look the right way and therefore does not have as much shine as we want. The way to solve this is simple, fixing the scratch. In the mildest cases, it is usually solved with one of those correction pencils that they sell in the teleshopping.  However, in the most serious cases, we will have to resort to other methods, such as painting the car again and in this way, getting the car to have a new paint and, therefore, much brighter than usual.
